Have never heard of this product but it sounds intriguing. I try to eat healthily and get my exercise, but I’ve found that the biggest determinant for me on whether I gain or lose weight is how much sleep I’m getting, and if it’s enough!
Sleep is very important too!
I eat healthily and are quite active, but I am not able to lose weight. I have been thinking my metabolism is on pension, ha ha, will have a look at these maybe.
