There are many ways to stay fit however many Americans are not regularly physically active and some are not active at all. No matter what your age or health status is, you can optimize your health! In order to be in optimal physical health it requires for you to be active and exercise frequently. The more we exercise our bodies, muscles, bones, heart and lungs, the stronger and more fit they will become.

In fact the same goes if you don’t exercise. The less you exercise and become less active, your body will slowly begin to deteriorate. Making your bones lose density, your joints stiffen, your muscles weaker and your cellular energy system began to degenerate. In order to remain healthy you should exercise at least 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. Keep in mind to warm up 5 minutes at a slower rate before and after exercising by stretching or moving around to warm up your muscles and heart.

Benefits of being healthy:

  • easier to do everyday task,
  • helps you look and feel great,
  • maintains your body at the right weight,
  • lowers the risk against chronic diseases like depression, cancer, high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, etc.,
  • helps you with mental well-being (relieves stress).

I usually workout 5 days a week and always incorporate cardio and weight lifting. What helps me keep track of my weight and fitness is using the Eat Smart Precision Body Check Digital Body Scale that I received in return for an honest review (disclaimer: even though I received this product for free all opinions are my own). This amazing scale is an auto recognition body composition checker which quickly estimates my body weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat, body water, body muscle, bone mass and daily calorie intake. Because my workout is so vigorously I have to use a towel to wipe off my sweat. I don’t mind using a bath towel at home but carrying it at the gym is a little bit embarrassing, don’t you think? Thank God for my new Quick Dry Microfiber Sports Towel which is long, soft and comes with a netted, nylon carryon. I now can easily hang it on the machine while I am working out. The last item I would like to share with you is my new sport water bottle fruit infuser. With this water bottle I am able to add my own fruits and create a natural fruit juice. It is made from a non-toxic plastic, extremly easy to clean and carry.

vigorous activities to loose weight quicker:

  • bike riding
  • aerobic class
  • weight lifting
  • shoveling for over 10 minutes
