Why Paleo Diet Is So Healthy And Popular

The paleo diet (also called the Paleolithic, caveman, stone age and hunter-gatherer) is low-carb, high in animal foods, with lots of fruits and vegetables dietary. This diet focuses on whole foods that the caveman ate during the Paleolithic era. It typical includes no processed foods, organic lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. What is so good about this diet is that hunters back then had much lower rates of diseases, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, obesity and more.

  1. We eat a lot of paleo foods already, but the dairy and grains would be hard to give up. Although, we have switched to almond milk rather than cow’s milk. It’s the cheese that would really catch us up on the diet. But I have made a few meals with paleo in mind for the family.

  2. I ADORE the paleo diet. I live a paleo/keto diet and have for the last 17 years of my life. It’s a total game changer and I have never felt better before in my life – I don’t even remember what I used to feel like honestly though too because I have been living this way for so long! 🙂

  3. I have been trying to eat a paleo style diet lately and I feel it makes a difference in how I feel. And hopefully in my health.

  4. I follow a semi-paleo diet. I’m more of a “all in moderation” person, and so some of the things from the “avoid” list end up on my plate. But usually, I keep it pretty clean and I love that this diet eliminates so much processed food!
