When I’m doing yoga I like to select a peaceful place in my home, deck or yard. The first thing I do is apply sunscreen to protect my skin. I use Hint sunscreen because it smells good, it is water-resistant and has SPF 30 protection. Another thing I make sure to do is to wear loose or stretchable clothing. It helps me move easier and makes me feel comfortable. The black hoodie jacket from Jill Yoga is one of my favorite pieces. It is comfortable and keeps me warm on chilly days.

A durable yoga mat like the one I have from Ankit is really important to use. It is thick and gives me plenty of knee protection. I also like putting my yoga mat away in a yoga bag after my workout.
