Menopause happens when a woman’s estrogen and progesterone hormone level naturally decline. For instance, these hormones start declining when a women reach her late 30’s. Even though I am not going through menopause yet I decided to try out Green First Menopause Formula. It is really easy to make. I only added 1 scoop to 8 oz of cold water. Truthfully the powder has a weird smell but once I tried it, it tasted like mint tea which was very impressive. I really like that it’s organic, GMO, and has a lot of superfoods added to it.

I wish I had known about this when I was actually going through menopause – but i know that a lot of women will be helped! 🙂

  • I’ve always been curious as to what menopause would look like. All you ever hear is hot flashes, something I’ve been looking forward to as a perpetually cold person. I had no idea people tried to manage it with medicine or natural supplements. Definitely something I should figure out

It’s very interesting that you write that menopause begins in a woman’s thirties. I am 41 and begin to experience the symptoms of menopause around age 38 or 39. Right now I’m in the stages of hot flashes and such. However my OBGYN and my doctor both are telling me that I am far too young to be perimenopausal at this point.

    • You’re welcome, Lisa! I am dreading too. Although my mom said she didn’t feel any symptoms. I hope I don’t either when it happens to me too.

What an awesome find! I am not close to menopause yet (although the not having monthly periods would be nice!) but it’s great to keep in mind that there are products like this out there. I found one that is a supplement for women without a thyroid and it does wonders for me!
